Tapi lain cerita....sedap wo...ayam ni! This is the recipe of Hainanese Chicken Rice I found in Malaysian Food CookBook- another great buy from hubby. Very easy to do but very yummmy...(i always think chinese cooking is the best). You only boil the chicken whole with ginger and salt, drained, slather it with sesame oil and set aside for serving (but I add another step of roasting it a bit to make the skin crispy). The soy sauce to pour all over chicken is a combination of light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar & seasoning (ajinomoto). That's all. But it's real tasty. A must try one. I highly recommend it to whimsy. Sedap Val! and u can whip it up in no time! Everybody had second helpings, the kids whose favourite dish is always chicken, tambah sampai 3 kali! no kidding. I could use this recipe again.
